Suitable for everyone, especially those that want to refine their technique. Full-body workout with progressions and regressions offered to meet you where you are at.

DYNAMIC
Suitable for experienced students or those that like to work hard. We will focus on layering progressions with more complex creative movements. Explore the reformer in a whole new way.

JUMP
Suitable for those with no injuries and who enjoy working hard. Low impact, high intensity class will work the whole body with a specific glute and leg focus.

RESTORE
Slow down, relax into some deep stretches and manual release techniques. Connect with your breath and unwind with this ultimate self-care class.

OOV
A revolutionary apparatus in creating a deeper experience of movement. The Oov is ergonomically designed to complement the 3 curves of the spine and mimic natural movement. This class will innately make your body create stability and mobility.
A class designed to learn the original Pilates repertoire. This class will allow time to break down moves and build them up. Great for new practitioners or seasoned students who want a methodical paced class to fine tune the basics and progressions. You will leave having a strong understanding of the origin of Pilates.

ORIGIN
This class is suitable for all stages of pregnancy as well as postpartum mamas. We will dive into proper body mechanics and help ease any discomforts you may be experiencing. This class will empower you as you navigate your pregnancy or help you recover from pregnancy. An excellent way to restore movement in your body and meet local moms.
